Have you seen the Leprechaun? BOLO!
Happy St. Patrick's Day! This week in the science lab, we will be reviewing everything we have learned so far in kindergarten, reviewing weather in second grade (and getting an interview with Mrs. Boland and Mrs. Parrish on their earthquake experience!), and in first grade we are reviewing and practicing for our upcoming musical with Miss Ressell.
Have a great Spring Break!

Sidetracked!
It is so easy to get sidetracked when you are having fun!
We raced boats... We made volcanoes...
We learned about weather patterns and air pressure...
We did experiments and got ready for science fair!

Week of March 3rd
Tuesday night... March 4th... Dr. Seuss STEM Literacy night! "Would you, could you,
on a boat?" Come to my science lab and check out our cool boat activity.
In K, we are finishing shadows and reviewing what we have learned about the things we see in the sky/space.
In 1st, we are reviewing harmful/beneficial properties of the sun with a solar bead activity and beginning slow/fast land changes.
In 2nd, we are finishing weather instruments and making our own wind vane.

In 1st, we finished up rockets and edible solar systems.
In 2nd, we continued with weather instruments and weather patterns.
